IOI City Towers located at the Persiaran IRC 2 are two(2) 31 storeys office building with a net lettable area of 985,613 sf and average floor area of 15,202 – 16,500 sf. It has 9.4 ft ceiling heights and raised floor.

Tower 1 was completed in 2015 and Tower 2 in 2017 and are certified as GBI (Certified) rating and MD Cybercentre.
